Fanart I made for self proclaimed lore walker to say "Congratulations"
The background was inspired by Ionia from league of legends

The original idea looked quite different from the finished result

added some loose rendering but wasn't feeling the composition

Tested trying to blur the background and guests to save time but I opted to just scrap the whole background
